Overview
The Z-23i Ein is an online multi-gas analyzer based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). It measures SO₂, NOx (NO, NO₂), CH₄, HCl, HF, CO, CO₂, N₂O, H₂O and O₂ simultaneously, and can be extended to NH₃ and VOCs. A non-linear least-squares algorithm compensates for water vapour and CO₂ interference.
Heat tracing prevents condensation, a high signal-to-noise white cell improves sensitivity, and automatic zeroing, calibration and self-test reduce routine work. GPIPL provides supply, installation, testing, calibration and commissioning for continuous multi-gas monitoring.
