Industrial Gas Analysis

Online, portable and FTIR gas analyzers for flue gas, process gas and emission monitoring – TDLAS, DOAS, UV-DOAS, FTIR, chemiluminescence and UV fluorescence technologies.

Overview

From a single SO₂ measurement to simultaneous analysis of a dozen gases, GPIPL offers gas analyzers built on proven measurement principles, matched to the gas, the concentration range and the process conditions.

Measurement technologies

TDLAS for fast, interference-free measurement of gases such as CO, CO₂, HCl and NH₃; DOAS and UV-DOAS for SO₂, NO and NO₂; FTIR for simultaneous multi-gas analysis including HCl, HF, NH₃ and VOCs; chemiluminescence for NOx; UV fluorescence for SO₂; and zirconia sensors for oxygen and moisture.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right analyzer?

It depends on the gases, their concentration ranges, moisture and dust in the gas, and whether you need continuous or periodic measurement. Share these details and our engineers will recommend a configuration.

Can one analyzer measure several gases?

Yes. FTIR and multi-module TDLAS / DOAS analyzers measure several gases simultaneously.

Do you install and calibrate the analyzers?

Yes. GPIPL provides installation, commissioning and calibration for the analyzers it supplies.
