VOC Monitoring

Online monitoring of volatile organic compounds and odour gases – GC-based VOC analyzers, VOC CEMS and UV-DOAS odour analyzers for stacks, fence lines and ambient air.

Overview

Volatile organic compounds and odour-causing gases affect both compliance and the community around a plant. GPIPL provides continuous monitoring for VOCs in stack and process emissions and for odour gases at fugitive sources and in ambient air.

VOC monitoring

Gas chromatography-based online analyzers separate and measure VOCs continuously, with automated calibration and data logging. VOC monitoring systems, including explosion-proof versions, provide real-time VOC data with alarms and SCADA / PLC integration.

Odour monitoring

UV-DOAS odour gas analyzers measure compounds such as hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan and styrene, together with TVOC and odour concentration, while odour gas CEMS monitor H₂S, NH₃, SO₂ and NOx at stacks.
