Installation & Commissioning
Professional installation and commissioning of CEMS, analyzers and monitoring stations – from site survey and mounting to start-up, testing and data connectivity.
Overview
A monitoring system performs only as well as it is installed. GPIPL engineers install and commission systems so they deliver accurate data from day one.
From site survey to start-up
Our scope covers site survey and sampling point review, mounting of probes and analyzers, sampling lines and cabling, analyzer start-up, calibration, performance checks and connection of the data system, followed by handover and operator orientation.
For GPIPL and other systems
We commission the systems we supply and support installation and commissioning of gas analyzers and monitoring equipment at existing sites.
What is included
- Site survey and sampling point review
- Mounting of probes, analyzers and shelters
- Sampling lines, cabling and utilities
- Start-up, calibration and performance checks
- Data system connectivity
