Calibration & Testing

Calibration and testing of gas analyzers, dust monitors and environmental instruments under the supervision of qualified engineers using traceable national standards.

Overview

Accurate data starts with accurate instruments. GPIPL calibrates and tests environmental monitoring instruments in its in-house facilities and on site, using traceable national standards.

Calibration equipment

Zero gas generators, dynamic calibrators and hydrogen generators from GPIPL support routine zero and span checks and analyzer operation in the field and in the laboratory.

What we calibrate

Gas analyzers for CEMS and ambient monitoring, dust monitors, flow and temperature instruments, and online water quality analyzers.

Frequently asked questions

How often should analyzers be calibrated?

It depends on the instrument, the application and regulatory requirements. Our engineers can recommend a schedule and include it in an AMC.

Do you calibrate on site?

Yes. GPIPL engineers calibrate instruments on site as well as in the in-house facility.
