Overview

The Z-15i Ein is an in-situ flue gas analyzer that measures gas pollution directly in the stack, without extracting a sample. It combines two optical techniques – tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) and differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) – in one system.

TDLAS covers gases such as CO and CO₂, while DOAS covers SO₂, NO and NO₂; the system can also measure NH₃ and O₂. Measurement is continuous and real-time, and results are available through 4–20 mA analog outputs, relay outputs and an RS485 digital interface for the plant DCS or CEMS data system.

Key features

  • In-situ measurement – no sample extraction
  • Dual principle: TDLAS + DOAS
  • Measures SO₂, NO, NO₂, CO, CO₂, NH₃ and O₂
  • Continuous, real-time, high-accuracy monitoring
  • Fast response with double modules
  • 4–20 mA analog outputs, relay outputs and RS485

Applications

  • Continuous emission monitoring (CEMS)
  • Stack emission monitoring
  • Real-time flue gas pollution measurement
