Sample project – shown for illustration
Ambient air and ammonia monitoring around a fertilizer site
A network of micro air monitoring stations and a continuous ammonia analyzer to track air quality around a fertilizer plant.
The challenge
A fertilizer site wanted to understand air quality around its boundary, with particular attention to ammonia, and to detect changes early rather than waiting for periodic surveys.
What GPIPL delivered
GPIPL deployed compact micro environmental air monitoring stations at several points along the boundary, measuring particulates and gases, and a continuous NH₃ analyzer kept calibrated with a zero air generator.
Results
- Continuous air quality data from multiple points around the site.
- Dedicated ammonia monitoring for early warning.
- Data for internal review and regulatory discussions.
Products used in this project
Ambient Air Quality Monitoring
Micro Environmental Air Monitoring System (MEAMS)
Model Z-102i Ein
Z-102i Ein compact micro air monitoring station measuring PM10, PM2.5, SO₂, NO₂, O₃, CO, VOCs, temperature and humidity with ppb-level sensors for dense monitoring grids.
Ambient Air Quality Monitoring
Air Quality Monitoring – NH₃ Analyzer (Model: Z-106i Ein)
Model Z-106i Ein
Z-106i Ein continuous ammonia (NH₃) analyzer in a rack-mount enclosure, giving real-time NH₃ data for ambient air quality stations and industrial monitoring.
Calibration & Gas Generation
Zero Gas Generator – Z-110i Ein
Model Z-110i Ein
Z-110i Ein zero gas generator producing contaminant-free zero air at controlled flow and pressure for calibrating and operating AAQMS, CEMS and gas analyzers.
