Overview

The Z-44i Ein is an extractive online dust monitor that measures dust concentration by laser forward scattering. It is designed for low-temperature, high-humidity flue gas – such as downstream of wet desulphurisation – where in-situ dust monitors struggle.

The sample is extracted isokinetically through a parallel pitot tube and heat-traced so that moisture does not affect the reading. A large-diameter jet pump resists dust build-up and blockage, allowing long maintenance-free periods. Temperature compensation and automatic range switching keep measurements accurate at ultra-low concentrations.
