Overview

This Dust Monitoring System is an ultra-low-range dust monitor for particulate emissions in industrial stacks. It works on laser forward scattering – the light scattered by dust particles is measured to determine concentration.

Whole-line high-temperature heat tracing stops water vapour from affecting the reading, and isokinetic pitot-tube sampling keeps the sample representative. An air curtain keeps the optics clean, timed automatic blowback prevents blockage, and automatic dual-range switching covers both normal and ultra-low levels. The compact, lightweight unit is easy to install.
